For the second time, I recently engaged Rene Sheridan to find me a perfect home. The first time I was planning to move from L.A. to Boulder CO and so our approach needed to be very efficient. In one day we looked at 10 properties and made an offer the next day. This was possible because Rene had listened carefully to what I needed - an uplifted town home near the university I'd be attending. Five years later, grad school behind me, I wanted to move to a larger home, where I could entertain to my heart's content, and I had a long list of other desired features as well. Again, Rene listened and for 9 months we searched until just the right home showed up and then we grabbed it. I LOVE my new home. I completely trusted Rene every step of the way - which included all the challenges this process is notorious for. I recommend her absolutely!
